Are you a VA representative or attorney?

No. Mission Benefits is a coaching service. We are not VA employees, accredited representatives, or attorneys, and we do not file claims for you. Our role is to guide, educate, and support you so you can submit your own claim with confidence.

Do you guarantee I’ll get a certain rating or increase?

No. We cannot promise a specific disability percentage or outcome. Your results depend on the VA’s review of your claim and evidence. We focus on helping you prepare the strongest case possible.

How do I work with you?

All coaching is done through email for your convenience. You’ll complete an intake form, and then we’ll send you a customized step-by-step plan, evidence checklist, templates, and ongoing email support until your claim is ready to submit.

How do I pay for services?

Payments are made securely through Stripe when you select your coaching package. Stripe accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our services and the time invested in creating your customized plan, all sales are final once work begins. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact us first.

Can you prepare or submit my VA claim for me?

No. We do not prepare or submit claims on behalf of clients. Instead, we provide tools, resources, and guidance so you can prepare and submit your own claim correctly and with confidence.

How long does the process take?

This varies depending on your situation, how quickly you gather evidence, and the VA’s processing times. Our coaching can be completed in as little as a week if you’re ready, but the VA’s decision timeline is outside our control.
