Terms of Service

By using Mission Benefits coaching services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Coaching Only
    Mission Benefits provides coaching and educational support only. We are not accredited VA representatives, attorneys, or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

  2. No Guarantees
    We do not guarantee specific outcomes, disability percentages, approvals, or back pay results. Success depends on individual circumstances, documentation, and VA decisions.

  3. Eligibility
    VA disability compensation is available only to eligible veterans (e.g., generally those with an honorable or qualifying discharge). Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their eligibility.

  4. Accuracy of Information
    Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information to the VA. Mission Benefits is not responsible for delays or denials caused by inaccurate or incomplete client submissions.

  5. Payment & Refunds
    All coaching service fees are due at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    Mission Benefits is not liable for any decisions made by the Department of Veterans Affairs or for any financial, legal, or personal consequences related to a client’s VA claim.
